"We loved working with Tom Hazard! Tom made our move exceptionally efficient and stress-free. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced in real estate, and it shows. Every step in the selling and buying process was fully explained and all options were carefully thought out. When conversing with the buyers of our previous house and the sellers of our new home, Tom had been very effective and persuasive. Our best interest was kept in mind at all times and he fought to get us exactly what we were looking for. His patience and desire to make us happy were evident in his 9pm house calls and our multiple trips to view houses. Tom has wonderful character and a talent for real estate. We can not thank you enough for everything that you did to help
us buy our first home. You by far went above and beyond what any other realtor
would do. You made the process of buying our first home easy... well, as easy
as possible considering we were in escrow three times and must have seen over
50 houses! You stuck with us through it all and I can honestly say we would not
have had this beautiful home or had the easy {third} escrow without you. As you
know I’m a little picky, to say the least, and I had spoken to three other
realtors before you, but I didn’t feel like any of them had our best interest
at heart. However, I know you did. You told us on more than one occasion that
you couldn’t sleep at night if we ended up in a “money pit”. Luckily we didn’t!
